Retire as escamas do peixe *faça a limpeza corretamente 

Remove the scales from the fish *clean it properly

Corte todos os temperos (cebola, tomate, pimentão) em rodelas 
 

Cut all seasonings (onion, tomato, pepper) into slices
 

Salgue o peixe e em seguida;
Dentro do peixe ( na barriga do peixe )deposite todos os temperos com cuidado .

Salt the fish and then;
Inside the fish (in the belly of the fish) carefully deposit all the seasonings.

Enrolando com o papel alumínio cubra todas as partes do peixe 

Wrapping with aluminum foil, cover all parts of the fish.

Leve ao fogo assar uniformemente ambos os lados 

Bring to a boil and cook evenly on both sides.
