  • Coriander (for finishing) to taste
  • White fish (tiger's milk)150 g
  • Salmon (tiger's milk)50 g
  • Girl's Finger Pepper (tiger's milk)12 g
  • Coriander (tiger's milk)10 g
  • Garlic (tiger's milk)15 g
  • Ginger (tiger's milk)15 g
  • Lemon Juice (Tiger's Milk)400 ml
  • White onion (tiger's milk)50 g
  • Salt (tiger's milk)15 g
  • Water (tiger's milk)300 ml
  • Ice300 ml
  1. Tiger's Milk Preparation: Blend everything in the blender.
  2. Cut the fish into cubes, add the tiger's milk and finish with the julienned red onion and finely chopped cilantro. Serve immediately.
