- White fish400 g
- Girl's Finger Pepper2 unit(s)
- Salmon1 unit(s)
- Red onion1 unit(s)
- Orange Sweet Potato1 unit(s)
- Fanta Orange255 ml
- Sugar1 cup
- Chamomile tea bag2 unit(s)
- Corn (can)1 unit(s)
- Clove5 unit(s)
- Cinnamon stick1 unit(s)
- Coriander to taste
- Salt to taste
- Cut the white fish fillet into cubes, keep it in the fridge, put the trimmings inside a blender
- Chop the celery and pepper into very small cubes and set aside, put 1/4 of a girl's finger pepper and a stalk of celery in the blender
- Chop the cilantro coarsely and place a few leaves and stems in a blender.
- Slice the red onion very thin and store it with water in the fridge, separate 1/4 of the onion and put it in the blender
- Add the lemon juice to the blender, add salt and blend until smooth, strain and set aside.
- In a pan put the orange fanta, sugar, cloves and cinnamon and boil, as soon as it boils put the sweet potato in small cubes to cook.
- Once cooked, remove the liquid and store in the fridge.
- In another pan, place the green corn, chamomile sachet and water and let it boil for 15 minutes.
- In a bowl, place all the ingredients, except the sweet potato and corn, mix well, adjust the salt and konte in bowls, decorating with a little of each ingredient, the corn and the sweet potato.
