  • Juice of one lemon1 unit(s)
  • Yellow pepper1/8 unit(s)
  • Red pepper1/8 unit(s)
  • Coriander sprigs, parsley, chives5 unit(s)
  • A little fresh ginger1 to taste
  • Pink Radish1 unit(s)
  • Black pepper, salt...1 to taste
  1. In a bowl, add the lemon juice, the chopped ginger with the pepper and the finely chopped chilies.
  2. Finely chop the herbs
  3. Cut the tuna into small cubes, place them in the bowl, add ¾ of the herbs
  4. Cut the radish into slices for decoration and place them on a plate.
  5. Arrange the tuna tartare on the plate, on top of the radish.
  6. Add salt, pepper, and the rest of the herbs. Is ready!
