Lave os filés em água corrente, 

Tempere com todos os ingredientes e deixe marinando por 15 minutos,

Em seguida coloque o óleo para aquecer,
 
Quando estiver bem quente, é só adicionar os filés e fritar até dourar.

Cortar rodelas de tomate e servir.
