- Pink Shrimp200 g
- Pineapple1 unit(s)
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Paprika1 coffee spoon
- Parsley to taste
- Coconut milk1/2 can(s)
- Cottage cheese1/2 cup
- Mozzarella cheese slice1 unit(s)
- Cut the pineapple in half, (in this recipe only uses one band) remove its crown and reserve. Remove the core from the pineapple and cut it into small pieces and set aside.
- Sauté the shrimp with butter, onion, smoked paprika and salt, separate a large shrimp for decoration.
- Add coconut milk, cream cheese and chopped pineapple to the prawns, wait for it to boil and turn it off
- Place the sauce inside the pineapple band, place the slice of cheese, the sausage and the large shrimp on top. Place in the airfryer for 8 minutes at 200º.
- For presentation, place the crown again using two toothpicks.
