- Put everything in the pressure cooker as follows: first the fish (traíra), if the pan is small cut it into large pieces, then add the water, vinegar, tomato, onion, seasonings to taste and salt.
- Finally, add the oil until it covers everything.
- Take it to the fire and from the moment that the cooker gets pressure, leave it for another 40 minutes. Remove from pan and enjoy immediately.
