  • Hake fillet400 g
  • Wheat flour to sprinkle on fillets2 tablespoon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil1 teaspoon
  • Butter1 teaspoon
  • Sliced Leek1 cup
  • Seven Beard Shrimp200 g
  • Sicilian lemon juice2 tablespoon
  • Sicilian lemon zest1 coffee spoon
  • Fresh cream300 ml
  • Green smell to taste
  1. Season the hake fillets with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle a thin layer of wheat flour and brown the fillets in a frying pan with olive oil. Book on the plate you will serve.
  2. In the same skillet, brown the leek in butter and add the seasoned shrimp.
  3. After braised, enter with Sicilian lemon juice and lemon zest. When the juice dries up completely, add the fresh cream and cook for 2-3 minutes. Adjust salt and finish with green smell.
  4. Serve the sauce over the fillets.
