  • Tomato sauce350 g
  • Tilapia fillet1 kg
  • Salt0 to taste
  • Black pepper0 to taste
  • Sliced Mozzarella200 g
  • Lemon Juice1/2 unit(s)
  • Wheat Flour1 cup
  • Milk1 cup
  • Panko flour or breadcrumbs2 cup
  • Enough oil for frying0 to taste
  1. In a bowl season the fish fillets with salt, pepper and lemon juice - let it marinate for 20 minutes.
  2. Bread the fillets in that order - wheat flour / milk and breadcrumbs.
  3. Leave it in the fridge for 20 minutes.
  4. Heat the oil and fry the fillets until golden - let the excess drain on a paper towel
  5. Place all the fillets side by side on a platter, cover with sauce slices of cheese and take it to the oven for the cheese to melt.
  6. Serve immediately with white rice, salad and straw or fried potatoes.
