- Tomato sauce350 g
- Tilapia fillet1 kg
- Salt0 to taste
- Black pepper0 to taste
- Sliced Mozzarella200 g
- Lemon Juice1/2 unit(s)
- Wheat Flour1 cup
- Milk1 cup
- Panko flour or breadcrumbs2 cup
- Enough oil for frying0 to taste
- In a bowl season the fish fillets with salt, pepper and lemon juice - let it marinate for 20 minutes.
- Bread the fillets in that order - wheat flour / milk and breadcrumbs.
- Leave it in the fridge for 20 minutes.
- Heat the oil and fry the fillets until golden - let the excess drain on a paper towel
- Place all the fillets side by side on a platter, cover with sauce slices of cheese and take it to the oven for the cheese to melt.
- Serve immediately with white rice, salad and straw or fried potatoes.
