- Tilapia slices500 g
- Coconut milk100 ml
- Palm oil50 ml
- Cherry tomatoes100 g
- Sliced white onion1 unit(s)
- Cambuci Pepper4 unit(s)
- Red Bell Pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Yellow bell pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Green pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Crushed Garlic1 tablespoon
- Coriander and chives to taste
- Salt, pepper, paprika to taste

- I seasoned the Tilapia steaks with salt, pepper, paprika and lemon, marinated for 15 minutes.
- In a pan, I added the palm oil and sautéed the garlic, added the coconut milk and the tilapia slices, on top of the onion rings, peppers, tomatoes and whole peppers, added water and covered the pan.
- I left it on low heat for 10 minutes, adjusted the salt and finished with green smell.
