Tilapia moqueca with milk mush

Moqueca:
Corte os filés de tilápia ao meio e tempere com sal.
Corte todos os legumes em rodelas finas, misture e tempere com sal.
Coloque o dendê numa travessa refratária, untando toda a superfície.
Disponha metade dos legumes, coloque o peixe e cubra-o com os legumes restantes.
Regue com o leite de coco e leve ao forno pré-aquecido em 180ºC por 35 minutos.
Tire do forno, polvilhe o coentro cortado grosseiramente.

Stew:
Cut the tilapia fillets in half and season with salt.
Cut all the vegetables into thin slices, mix and season with salt.
Place the palm in a refractory dish, greasing the entire surface.
Arrange half of the vegetables, place the fish and cover it with the remaining vegetables.
Drizzle with coconut milk and bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 35 minutes.
Remove from the oven, sprinkle the chopped cilantro coarsely.

Pirão de leite 
Em uma panela coloque o leite e o sal. 
Leve ao fogo brando e aqueça.
Antes do leite ferver (subir) adicione aos poucos a farinha de mandioca, sempre mexendo para não embolar, até o pirão atinja o ponto desejado.
