- Tilapia fillet1 kg
- Mozzarella200 g
- Pepper Jelly50 g
- Seaweed Nori2 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Clean and Slice the tilapia fillets into thinner filezinhos
- Season the fillets with salt and pepper
- Stuff the fillets with mozzarella and pepper jelly
- Roll the fillets and wrap with a slice of nori seaweed, pressing with wet fingertips to adhere to the seaweed.
- Bake in low oven for 15 to 20 min
- Optional blowtorch to finish and add more pepper jelly
