  • Tilapia fillet1 kg
  • Mozzarella200 g
  • Pepper Jelly50 g
  • Seaweed Nori2 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  1. Clean and Slice the tilapia fillets into thinner filezinhos
  2. Season the fillets with salt and pepper
  3. Stuff the fillets with mozzarella and pepper jelly
  4. Roll the fillets and wrap with a slice of nori seaweed, pressing with wet fingertips to adhere to the seaweed.
  5. Bake in low oven for 15 to 20 min
  6. Optional blowtorch to finish and add more pepper jelly
