  • Pepper2 unit(s)
  • Red onion1 unit(s)
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper1 coffee spoon
  • Lemon2 unit(s)
  • Olive oil4 tablespoon
  • Spicy paprika1 coffee spoon
  • Potatoes6 unit(s)
  1. Place the fillets in a bowl, then squeeze the lemon juice and leave to marinate for approximately 15 minutes.
  2. After the fillets have marinated, add the other powdered seasonings, stir and set aside.
  3. In a refractory, put oil, chop the potatoes into slices and cover the refractory with the already chopped potatoes.
  4. After making the potato bed, add a layer of the fillet, a layer of red onion and pepper. Repeat the process until the fillet, onion and pepper are used up.
  5. Once the assembly is complete, bake in a preheated oven at 200° for approximately 40 minutes or until golden.
