Com  o peixe já descongelado, deixe por 30min o peixe marinando  com o sal, pimenta do reino, manjericão e o limão siciliano expremido.
Enquanto isso deixe o forno aquecendo.
 


With the fish already defrosted, leave the fish marinating for 30 minutes with the salt, black pepper, basil and the squeezed Sicilian lemon.
Meanwhile, let the oven heat up.
 


Corte as batatas em fatias não muito finas, coloque pra pré-cozinhar por 5min o suficiente para deixar levemente cozidas. Unte o refratário e preencha o fundo com as batatas. (Isso faz com que o peixe não fique seco)
 


Cut the potatoes into slices not too thin, put them to pre-cook for 5 minutes, enough to let them slightly cooked. Grease the refractory and fill the bottom with the potatoes. (This makes the fish not dry)
 


Coloque os filés de tilapia por cima das batatas junto com os tomates e as cebolas cortadas em cortes grandes. 

Place the tilapia fillets on top of the potatoes along with the tomatoes and onions cut into large cuts.

Deixe assar em 180° por mais ou menos 30min podendo variar o tempo.

Let it bake at 180° for about 30 minutes, with the possibility of varying the time.
