Tilapia in the Oven

Primeiro descascar a batata e cortar em rodelas e colocar em uma panela com água e sal para cozinhar por 10 minutos. E reseve.
Cortar em rodelas também da cebola, do tomate, do pimentão verde e do alho-poró. Reseve.

First peel the potato and cut it into slices and put it in a pan with water and salt to cook for 10 minutes. And book.
Also cut the onion, tomato, green pepper and leek into slices. Reserve.

Temperar a tilapia com sal, pimenta do reino e Chimichurri. Deixar descansar por 15 minutos. 
Em um refratário, colocar um fio de azeite e entre cada camada também.  Primeiro fazer uma camada de batata, uma de pimentão verde,  uma do peixe, uma da cebola e última de alho poró.


Season the tilapia with salt, black pepper and Chimichurri. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
In a refractory, put a strand of olive oil and between each layer too. First, make a layer of potatoes, one of green peppers, one of fish, one of onions and the last layer of leeks.


Fechar com papel alumínio e levar para assar por 20 minutos. Depois tirar o papel e deixar no forno por mais 10 minutos. Colocar o cheiro verde antes de servir.

Close with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Then remove the paper and leave it in the oven for another 10 minutes. Put the green smell before serving.
