  • Coarse salt1 kg
  • Sage to taste
  • Rosemary to taste
  • Egg white2 unit(s)
  • Whole Tilapia1 unit(s)
  • Lemon3 unit(s)
  • Olive oil to taste
  1. Put the coarse salt in a bowl, add the egg whites, the juice of one lemon, the chopped sage and rosemary and the olive oil. Mix well and cover the tilapia with all the salt dough.
  2. Take the fish to bake at 180° for 30 minutes or until the salt starts to turn golden.
  3. After baking, gently break the crust with a knife or the back of a spoon. Squeeze lemon on top and serve.
