- Coarse salt1 kg
- Sage to taste
- Rosemary to taste
- Egg white2 unit(s)
- Whole Tilapia1 unit(s)
- Lemon3 unit(s)
- Olive oil to taste
- Put the coarse salt in a bowl, add the egg whites, the juice of one lemon, the chopped sage and rosemary and the olive oil. Mix well and cover the tilapia with all the salt dough.
- Take the fish to bake at 180° for 30 minutes or until the salt starts to turn golden.
- After baking, gently break the crust with a knife or the back of a spoon. Squeeze lemon on top and serve.
