- 6 Tilapia fillets, 5 yams, 100gr of cheese and a box of cream.1 kg
- Season the tilapia with lemon, garlic, white pepper and salt. Cook the yam, make a puree, sauté it. Add milk cream and grated cheese. Shake well.
