Tilapia Fillets with Sicilian Lemon

  • Skinless Tilapia Fillets500 g
  • Sicilian lemon3 unit(s)
  • Butter at room temperature2 tablespoon
  • Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Sweet paprika to taste
  • Fresh herbs (basil, rosemary, mint and parsley) to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  1. Season the fillets with salt, pepper and paprika. Reserve.
  2. Cut the lessons into slices and accommodate them in a greased shape with oil.
  3. Place the fish fillets on top of the lemons.
  4. Mix the butter with the finely crushed garlic and the finely chopped fresh herbs.
  5. Spread the seasoned butter over the fish fillets and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
