Tilapia fillets01 kg
Squeezed or crushed garlic04 to taste
Onion slices01 unit(s)
Potato cut into thin slices03 unit(s)
Sliced Tomatoes01 unit(s)
Basil01 coffee spoon
Chimichurri01 coffee spoon
Salt to taste
Olive oil01 teaspoon
Pepper to taste
Vinegar to taste
Tomato sauce to taste

In a large pan, preferably with tfal, add the oil, a pinch of salt and garlic.
Line the bottom of the pan with the potato and layer the onion, pepper, tomato and seasonings.
Add the tilapia steaks and make another layer with the peppers and tomato. Add the vinegar and increase the salt as needed.
Bring to a boil over low heat and finish with tomato sauce.
Add cilantro if you like, it's delicious.
