  • Very Ripe Ground Banana4 unit(s)
  • coconut milk20 ml
  • Salt and Lemon to taste
  1. Season the tilapia fillets with salt and lemon to taste and leave to marinate
  2. Place the 4 unpeeled bananas in a pan. Cover with water and cook for about 15 minutes.
  3. Remove the bananas from the pan, peel them and put them in a blender with the coconut milk.
  4. Add this mixture from the blender in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil and cook until the desired point is reached.
  5. Take the tilapia fillets and in a frying pan put some butter and olive oil, let it heat up and grill the fish on both sides
