Tilapia fillet with hearts of palm and asparagus

  • Tilapia fillet1 kg
  • Asparagus1/2 can(s)
  • Palm1/2 can(s)
  • Dehydrated Parsley1 to taste
  • Lemon1 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Cumin to taste
  1. First, wash the fillet steaks well, add lemon, salt and cumin to taste. Leave to marinate for 2 hours.
  2. Then, sear the fillets in a non-stick skillet with oil. Reserve.
  3. In the same pan that the fillets were sealed, add the chopped hearts of palm and the asparagus, and sauté a little. Reserve.
  4. In a refractory place the fillets, sprinkle dehydrated parsley to taste and place the hearts of palm and asparagus on top. Serve warm!
