- Wheat flour200 g
- Mayonnaise3 tablespoon
- Green Smell1 to taste
- Mustard1 tablespoon
- Oregano1 teaspoon
- Ajinomoto1 to taste
- Oil300 ml
- Chopped Onion1 tablespoon
- Wash the fillet well , squeeze the lemon , season with garlic , Ajinomoto salt to taste .
- Dip in wheat flour. heat beautiful oil
- Fry until dry
- In the blender mix the mayonnaise, onion, mustard and green smell.
