  • Cassava to taste
  • Garlic to taste
  • Onion to taste
  • Tomato to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • Butter1 teaspoon
  • Rich Cream1 dessert spoon
  • Cottage cheese1 tablespoon
  • Mozzarella100 g
  1. FISH In a pan, add the garlic, onion and tomato. Saute well and add the Tilapia cut into cubes. Sauté for about 1 minute and then add salt and black pepper, sauté then add the green smell.
  2. MASHED POTATO Cook the cassava, knead it well, and in a pan add the butter, ricotta cream, curd cheese and a pinch of salt, finally add the cassava, stir well until it becomes a creamy puree.
  3. RIDING On a platter add the fish and spread it all over the platter and then put the Pure and on top of the puree the mozzarella. Bake in the oven until golden. And you're ready.
