- Coriander to taste
- Sweet Potato200 g
- Lemon3 unit(s)
- Dry coconut2 unit(s)
- Take the fish and cut it into cubes of approximately 1 cm, reserving the trimmings for the tiger's milk.
- In a blender, add the shavings, half onion, lemon juice and cilantro and cover with 200 ml of water and beat.
- Let the fish marinate in tiger's milk for at least 25 minutes.
- Grate the sweet potato and wash it very well and dry it even better. Fry in hot oil and set aside.
- To assemble, use the dried coconut as a dish and add red onion cut into strips, pepper to taste and cilantro to taste. Finish with the sweet potato straw and serve under a bed of ice.
