- Flower of Salt1 g
- Srirasha Pepper or Tabasco5 g
- Tahiti Lemon10 ml
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil50 ml
- Capers1 cup
- Sprouts to taste
- Cut thin slices of Tilapia, as thin as possible
- Arrange the blades in a circle on the round plate
- Distribute the fleur de sel, it can be to taste
- Add the olive oil and the capers without the preserves and hit the blender until it becomes a thin cream, set aside.
