- Medium Potatoes5 unit(s)
- Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
- Small Onion1 unit(s)
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Rice Flour1 cup
- Salt, Oregano, Green Scent and Black Pepper to taste
- Cook the 5 potatoes and mash them when they are cooked.
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well and put it in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Make balls and roll in rice flour. Take it to the air fryer to bake, it has to be golden. Do not keep moving the ball, let it bake well on one side and then turn it over. It can be served with sauces too.
