  • Clean shrimp without shell800 g
  1. Clean the shrimp and let it marinate in the fridge in a mixture of lime, soy sauce and mango chutney for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Chop 2 seedless chili peppers
  3. Chop 3 cloves of garlic
  4. Chop 1 medium onion
  5. Chop a handful of chives
  6. 1 finger of chopped ginger
  7. Sauté the onion, garlic, ginger and pepper in a wok pan with olive oil
  8. When the onion starts to become translucent, add salt to taste and a teaspoon of green curry paste.
  9. add 2 sliced bananas if you like the mix of flavors
  10. Add 2 small bottles of coconut milk or a large one and let it reduce
  11. Test the seasoning and adjust if necessary.
  12. Put the shrimp and the marinade in the mixture and let it taste.
  13. In approximately 7 minutes it will be ready
  14. Finish the salt and add the chives and voila
