- Lemon juice150 ml
- Coconut Milk150 ml
- Water100 ml
- Chopped Girl's Finger Pepper1 dessert spoon
- Coriander Leaves1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Green mango in thin strips1/2 cup
- Cut the fish fillets into thin strips. Put in a bowl. Season with salt and place in the fridge. In a blender place the lemon juice, water, coriander leaves and coconut milk. Beat well. Reserve Remove the fish from the fridge, add the slices of red onion, the mango, the chopped girl's finger pepper and the mixture of water, coconut milk and juice, beaten. Mix well and check the salt. Return to the fridge and leave for at least 2 hours before serving. Good appetite 😋
