- half a tablespoon (soup) of olive oil300 g of medium-sized shrimp, cleanedhalf a chopped onionhalf a tablespoon (soup) of wheat flour1 chopped skinless tomatohalf a cup (tea) of hot water1 tablet of MAGGI® Vegetable Broth3 spoons (soup) of chopped parsley3 spoons ( soup) of NESTLE® Milk Cream2 tablespoon
- . In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the prawns. Remove the prawns from the pan and set aside. 2. In the same pan, sauté the onion. Add the flour and sauté until lightly golden. 3. Add the tomato and the MAGGI Broth dissolved in the hot water. 4. Mix well until smooth and slightly creamy. 5. Add the shrimp and cook for about 5 minutes. 6. Turn off the heat, mix the parsley and NESTLE cream and serve next.
