- Dry coconut milk1 l
- Palm oil1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Color1 coffee spoon
- Sour cream250 ml
- Chopped white onion1 unit(s)
- Minced green pepper1 unit(s)
- Chopped tomato1 unit(s)
- Coriander to taste
- Clean the sururu well and mix all the vegetables. Bring to medium heat.
- Put the coconut milk, salt, coloral and palm oil.
- Cook for twenty minutes. repair the salt
- Add the cream and let it cook for another five minutes.
- Finish with finely chopped cilantro. Serve with white rice and dendê farofa.
