  • Dry coconut milk1 l
  • Palm oil1 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Color1 coffee spoon
  • Sour cream250 ml
  • Chopped white onion1 unit(s)
  • Minced green pepper1 unit(s)
  • Chopped tomato1 unit(s)
  • Coriander to taste
  1. Clean the sururu well and mix all the vegetables. Bring to medium heat.
  2. Put the coconut milk, salt, coloral and palm oil.
  3. Cook for twenty minutes. repair the salt
  4. Add the cream and let it cook for another five minutes.
  5. Finish with finely chopped cilantro. Serve with white rice and dendê farofa.
