- Chives to taste
- Salt to taste
- Wheat flour for breading1/2 cup
- Cook the salmon in salted water for 10 minutes. Drain and crumble, add the curd and chives. Make balls, roll in flour and fry in hot oil. Serve with your favorite sauce.
