  • Potatoes500 g
  • Lemon2 unit(s)
  • Olives50 g
  • Pepper1 unit(s)
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic2 unit(s)
  • Chopped Coriander10 g
  • Olive oil for drizzling to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Aluminum foil to taste
  1. Season the fish with garlic, onion, salt, black pepper and lemon and leave it for about 10 minutes to get the seasoning in the meat.
  2. Line the platter with aluminum foil, place the fish and place the peppers, potatoes and cilantro
  3. The seasoning caladinho throw on top and drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Close the fish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
