- Crab meat300 g

- Whole milk100 ml

- Breadcrumbs (panko)150 g
- Onion1/4 unit(s)
- Garlic to taste
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil50 ml
- Vegetable oil300 ml
- Finely chop the onion and garlic. Clean the parsley and cilantro. Sanitize the potatoes and cook with the house. Chop the bread and let it soak in milk until it breaks down.
- Reserve half of the lemons to serve with the paws and separate the rest of the juice for the recipe.
- Season the crab legs and meat with a little salt and lemon.
- Make a sauté with the garlic and onion, but don't let it brown. Add the seasoned crab meat. Finish with parsley and cilantro.
- Peel and mash the potatoes while still hot and reserve them in a bowl.
- Squeeze the buns well to remove excess liquid and mix with the potatoes. Add the crab meat, mixing well. The result should be a dough that is firm enough to shape. Adjust seasoning and set aside.
- Wrap the nails in the dough, dip in the lightly beaten eggs and then in the panko flour.
- Fry in oil at 180°C, in immersion. And it's ready 🔥
