  • Small squid1 kg
  • Garlic Clove8 unit(s)
  • Small potatoes10 unit(s)
  • Dry white wine to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Laurel / Black Pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley to taste
  • Water volume to cook the potatoes to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  1. Peel the potatoes, cut them in half and cook with salt. Reserve.
  2. In a frying pan, place the oil, the bay leaf, the crushed garlic cloves, with the skin on, and add the squid, letting it boil until the water disappears.
  3. Add the wine and let it cool down a bit, then add the potatoes, sautéing them a little to add to the flavor. Serve with the parsley sprinkled on top.
