- Small squid1 kg
- Garlic Clove8 unit(s)
- Small potatoes10 unit(s)
- Dry white wine to taste
- Salt to taste
- Laurel / Black Pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley to taste
- Water volume to cook the potatoes to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Peel the potatoes, cut them in half and cook with salt. Reserve.
- In a frying pan, place the oil, the bay leaf, the crushed garlic cloves, with the skin on, and add the squid, letting it boil until the water disappears.
- Add the wine and let it cool down a bit, then add the potatoes, sautéing them a little to add to the flavor. Serve with the parsley sprinkled on top.
