- Wheat flour1 cup
- Lemon1 unit(s)
- Oil (for frying)1 to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
- Season the squid with lemon juice, salt, black pepper and garlic.
- Put the oil to fry
- Coat the squid in the wheat flour. When the oil is hot, shake off the excess flour and put the squid to fry.
- When the squid forms a golden crust, remove from the oil and place on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
