  • Squid500 g
  • Wheat flour1 cup
  • Lemon1 unit(s)
  • Oil (for frying)1 to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste
  1. Season the squid with lemon juice, salt, black pepper and garlic.
  2. Put the oil to fry
  3. Coat the squid in the wheat flour. When the oil is hot, shake off the excess flour and put the squid to fry.
  4. When the squid forms a golden crust, remove from the oil and place on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
