- Tomato sauce/squash with basil200 g
- Wash the squid and clams well and save them for later.
- Chop the onion and two cloves of garlic, use half of each pepper and cut into strips
- In a pan put the oil, the onion and the chopped garlic, saute
- After sautéing, add the squid and peppers, stir and cover the pan, let it cook for 3 minutes.
- Then add the clams and tomato sauce and stir, and then add the rice, stir and mix everything very well
- Add the water and salt, add water to cover all the rice, control the rice so it doesn't get dry, if it dries up add more water, it's wet rice and you can accompany it with bread
- To finish, you can decorate with basil or chopped parsley on top, whatever you like best.
