  • Frozen ring squid1 kg
  • Wheat Flour300 g
  • Cornstarch300 g
  • Sugar2 teaspoon
  • Salt2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper2 teaspoon
  • Lime3 unit(s)
  • Sunflower oil1 l
  • Olive oil50 ml
  • Parsley300 g
  1. Defrost and wash the squid in rings (I put this squid option to make the recipe easier)
  2. Make a mixture with all the dry ingredients including salt and pepper.
  3. Season the squid with the lemon, olive oil, salt and black pepper
  4. Put a pan with sunflower oil to heat
  5. Assemble the frying station with a slotted spoon and paper towel-lined platter.
  6. Little by little, bread the squid rings and throw them directly into the oil.
  7. The process should be like this to have a dry frying: pass it in the flour mixture and put it directly to fry
  8. Fry them all, remove excess fat with a paper towel and serve with your favorite sauce.
  9. Finish with chopped parsley, it's delicious!
