- Lemon juice3 tablespoon
- In a bowl, place the cornmeal and set aside.
- Crush the garlic and pepper and a little salt in a small pilao until they turn into an apple.
- Mix this seasoning all over the fish fillet with the lemon in a bowl.
- Stir well to incorporate the seasoning and set aside.
- Put the oil in a pan and let it heat up.
- After the hot oil, grease the fish in the cornmeal and gradually put it in the oil.
- Let it fry on one side then turn the other and let it fry evenly. After fried remove and place them on a paper towel and that's it
