  • Cubes of pirarucu filet500 g
  • Oil1 l
  • Pepper of your choice2 unit(s)
  • Peeled Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Fuba to taste
  • Lemon juice3 tablespoon
  1. In a bowl, place the cornmeal and set aside.
  2. Crush the garlic and pepper and a little salt in a small pilao until they turn into an apple.
  3. Mix this seasoning all over the fish fillet with the lemon in a bowl.
  4. Stir well to incorporate the seasoning and set aside.
  5. Put the oil in a pan and let it heat up.
  6. After the hot oil, grease the fish in the cornmeal and gradually put it in the oil.
  7. Let it fry on one side then turn the other and let it fry evenly. After fried remove and place them on a paper towel and that's it
