- semolina spaghetti500 g
- Peeled Shrimp500 g
- Sour cream2 can(s)
- Butter50 g
- Sage2 unit(s)
- Parsley (soak)1 unit(s)
- Nutmeg1 teaspoon
- Black pepper1 teaspoon
- Pink pepper1 teaspoon
- White Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic (tooth)2 unit(s)
- Parmesan cheese100 g
- Put water to boil in a large pot
- Add 3 tablespoons of salt to make the water salty
- Put the pasta to cook for 8 minutes
- Finely chop the onion and garlic
- Take a large frying pan, heat it up with oil and butter.
- Wash the shrimp and drain well.
- Throw the onion and garlic in the skillet to sauté, let it fry a little
- Add sage, black pepper, pink pepper and nutmeg
- Arrive with the shrimp to sauté, at this point the skillet must be very hot so as not to release water
- Once sautéed, remove from heat and add the cream.
- Add a little cooking water to the sauce, stir and turn on low heat.
- Throw in the pasta and let it come together with the sauce.
- Roughly chop the parsley
- Finish the pasta with grated parmesan cheese and parsley, you won't regret it!
