- Spaghetti300 g
- Shrimp Crumb300 g
- Salt and pepper1 to taste
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
- Onion1/2 cup
- Chopped Parsley4 tablespoon
- White wine100 ml
- Tomato Pulp8 tablespoon
- Dry chilli1 unit(s)
- Cook the spaghetti in salted water, meanwhile, heat a frying pan with oil and brown the previously chopped onion and the crushed garlic cloves (in porridge) then add the shrimp and season with salt, pepper and the chilli when the shrimp are ready. rosé add the white wine and the tomato pulp and let it boil until the sauce has reduced, about 5 minutes. As soon as the pasta is (al dente) drain and rinse with cold water for cooking, put the pasta back in the pan where it was cooked and add the shrimp sauce and the chopped parsley, mix well to mix and if necessary you can reheat the pasta over low heat before serving.
