  • Olive oil2 tablespoon
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Lemon Juice2 tablespoon
  • Dry white wine1/2 cup
  • Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Fresh cream2 tablespoon
  • Butter1 cup
  • Parsley2 tablespoon
  1. Dry the fish fillets and with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a frying pan, add the olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter. Grill the fillets, turning 2 minutes on each side.
  3. In a pan, add the wine, the lemon and the chopped onion and the cream. When it starts to boil, reduce the temperature and reduce to a third of the total amount over medium heat.
  4. Lower the heat and add the cold butter spoon by spoon, stirring well after each addition. Hit the salt.
