  • Thinly sliced smoked salmon80 g
  • Ricotta150 g
  • Cream cheese150 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Green Smell to taste
  • Balsamic Reduction to taste
  1. Mash the ricotta with a fork and mix with the cream cheese, forming a paste.
  2. Line a bowl of approximately 13 cm in diameter with plastic wrap and make a layer with the salmon. Top with the cheese spread, close with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
  3. Unmold and drizzle with balsamic reduction. Serve with toast or crust.
