Coloque para refogar em um fio de azeite o tomate, a cebola e o pimentão, deixe refogar ate os legumes murchar,acrescente o coloral,cominho mexa bem nesse momento vc ja adiciona o molho de tomate e o leite de coco, misture tudo muito bem acerte o sal e agora vc ja pode colocar os siri um a um acomodando todos muito bem,tampe a panela e cozinhe por aproximadamente 20 a 25 min.
Após esse tempo tire a tampa e salpique o coentro picadinho e Ja pode servir.
(Caso necessário coloque 1 xícara de água se secar demais)
