  • Peeled Shrimp1 kg
  • Boiled Cassava1 kg
  • Homemade seasoning1 dessert spoon
  • Smoked paprika1/2 tablespoon
  • Coriander to taste
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Coconut Milk400 ml
  1. Clean the shrimp and season with a natural seasoning based on salt, onion, garlic, coriander seeds, turmeric, oregano, basil and bay leaf powder.
  2. Sauté the onion with a drizzle of oil and add the prawns. Sauté and put the smoked paprika, serve it
  3. Blend the cooked and warm cassava together with half the coconut milk in a blender
  4. Once the shrimp are ready, add the manioc cream and mix. Toss in the cilantro to taste and add the other half of the coconut milk. Adjust salt if necessary
  5. Serve with white rice and salad
