Clean shrimp, only with syrup380 g
Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Wheat flour1/4 cup
Eggs2 unit(s)
Breadcrumbs1/4 cup
Chopped cashews1/3 cup
Oil for frying to taste
Passion Fruit Pulp2 tablespoon
Mayonnaise1/4 cup
Natural yogurt2 tablespoon
Sugar1/2 teaspoon

Make the shrimp: season the shrimp with salt and pepper. In a deep dish, place the wheat flour.
Beat the eggs in a bowl and set aside
In another bowl, mix the breadcrumbs and cashews.
Coat the prawns in the flour. Then, dip them in the beaten eggs and let the excess drip off. Finally, wrap them in the mixture of breadcrumbs and chestnut
In a pan, heat the oil well and fry the prawns until golden.
Make the sauce: In a deep bowl, whisk together the frozen passion fruit pulp, mayonnaise, yogurt and sugar vigorously until the ingredients are well blended.
Arrange the prawns on a platter and serve the sauce on the side.
