- Shrimp400 g
- Lemon1/2 unit(s)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Butter3 tablespoon
- Wheat flour2 tablespoon
- Milk400 ml
- Sour cream3 tablespoon
- Catupiry250 g
- Green Smell to taste
- Parmesan to taste
- Season the prawns with lemon, salt and pepper
- Sauté the prawns in olive oil for about 2 minutes and set aside.
- In another pan, sauté garlic, onion and butter.
- Add 2 tablespoons of wheat and stir for 2 minutes.
- Slowly add the milk and stir until creamy.
- Add the cream and half of the catupiry
- Season with salt and pepper and add the prawns
- Transfer to a glass platter, and place the rest of the catupiry on top.
- Put Parmesan cheese and put it in the oven to brown it.
