  • Shrimp400 g
  • Lemon1/2 unit(s)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter3 tablespoon
  • Wheat flour2 tablespoon
  • Milk400 ml
  • Sour cream3 tablespoon
  • Catupiry250 g
  • Green Smell to taste
  • Parmesan to taste
  1. Season the prawns with lemon, salt and pepper
  2. Sauté the prawns in olive oil for about 2 minutes and set aside.
  3. In another pan, sauté garlic, onion and butter.
  4. Add 2 tablespoons of wheat and stir for 2 minutes.
  5. Slowly add the milk and stir until creamy.
  6. Add the cream and half of the catupiry
  7. Season with salt and pepper and add the prawns
  8. Transfer to a glass platter, and place the rest of the catupiry on top.
  9. Put Parmesan cheese and put it in the oven to brown it.
