- Shrimp400 g
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic clove4 unit(s)
- Blonde1 unit(s)
- Chayote2 unit(s)
- Shrimp stock200 ml
- Lemon Juice1/4 cup
- Tomato1/2 unit(s)
- Coriander1/2 cup
- In a bowl season the shrimp with 2 crushed garlic cloves and black pepper to taste and finally add the lemon juice, let it taste for 10 minutes
- In a pan add a drizzle of olive oil to the onion cut into small cubes (brunoise) the garlic, let it brown, then add the diced tomato.
- Add the shrimp stock and the chayote cut into cubes, cover the pan and cook for 15 minutes.
- Add the shrimp and cook for another 5 minutes, finish with cilantro and serve with rice.
